Secoyah Browne aka Chef Coy

An alumna of the Institute of Culinary Education, Secoyah is co-owner and Executive Pastry chef here at Whisk & Whiskey. Born and raised in Brooklyn to Trinidadian parents, the only thing Secoyah loves more than carnival is bringing flavor, fun, and flair to each of our patrons.

After receiving her BA from the illustrious Howard University (The real H.U), Secoyah began a successful career in Real Estate Finance and Investments but left it all behind to pursue her love of baking and the culinary arts. Secoyah loves to travel and when she is not in the kitchen you can catch her island hopping with a Miss Ting Tings rum punch in her hand.

Chandra Touch

Chandra is Owner/General Manager here at Whisk & Whiskey. She is a First Generation, Cambodian American, originally from Maine.

She enjoys hosting dinner parties and planning events. Her friends can tell you that she is a big fan of themed parties, especially if it has anything to do with Mardi Gras or Carnival. Chandra loves creating an experience and introducing others to something new or about her Cambodian heritage.

When she is not experimenting with new cocktails or planning memorable events, you can find her hiking, dancing to Beyoncé, drinking cocktails and exploring NYC with her favorite girl, Yoncé, “The Sato Pup”.

Chandra’s passion for spirits, beer and wine derives from her years of experience in the bar industry. Being a Brooklyn transplant, she hopes to create a space that is inclusive for all. A place that everyone can call home, away from home.

The buzz on the block!

“Full of energy, flavor, and vibrancy, Whisk & Whiskey is a beautiful new addition to Park Slope. Be it the 5 Star Yelp Rating or the critical acclaim from Thrillist & Brooklyn Magazine, this jewel is Caribbean meets Southeast Asia with a Brooklyn twist - and the result is absolutely outstanding!”
